GCA's Central Office is located at 910 Bay Area Blvd. in the Clear Lake area. It includes the office of the General Manager and his Senior Staff and provides a meeting place for the Authority's Board of Directors. Functions such as Human Resources, Finance, Payroll and Management Information Systems are handled at this location. The location is close to the Gulf Freeway (I-45), allowing rapid access to most of the operating facilities in the Industrial and Municipal divisions of the Authority.
