Gulf Coast Authority is comprised of more than 125 experienced employees with an average of more than 12 years of experience in areas of waste management including municipal and industrial wastewater treatment, industrial solid waste landfills, and the operation of municipal solid waste transfer stations.  We are committed to our mission of protecting the waters of the State of Texas through regional waste management practices.
