Dr. Irvin Osborne-Lee was appointed to the GCA Board of Directors in January 2000.

Dr. Osborne-Lee earned his BS, ME and Ph.D in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.  He is currently Head of the Chemical Engineering Department at Prairie View A&M University.  He previously served the Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Chemical Technology Division, as a Group Leader and Principal Investigator on numerous projects.  In addition to administrative responsibilities at Prairie View, Dr. Osborne-Lee is engaged in teaching, research and service activities.

Dr. Osborne-Lee resides in the Houston area.
