Zoe Milian Barinaga

Harris County Governor’s Appointee

 Zoe Barinaga was appointed to the GCA Board of Directors effective with the Board’s October 2001 meeting. 

 Barinaga graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida in 1994.  She continued to work as a full-time engineer for Exxon Chemical Company while attending Houston Baptist University.  In 1998, Barinaga received a Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in International Business from HBU.

 Barinaga is the Technical and Business Optimization Manager of ExxonMobil’s Olefins Plant in Houston.  She currently serves on the University of Florida Chemical Engineering Advisory Board and has been an active volunteer within ExxonMobil and the community.
